A 15 minute walk up Mont St Peyre behind the house (131mtrs) takes you to amazing 360 deg panoramic views; all a family could need is on the doorstep.

Further afield, there are kilometres of sandy beaches stretching round the bay to Cannes. There is a large marina in the village of La Napoule and good walking in the Esterel mountains behind. La Napoule also has a railway station with trains heading east to Cannes (Grasse), Antibes, Nice, Monaco and Italy and west to St Raphael and Frejus. It is 10 minutes to the autoroute then 90 minutes to Saint Tropez etc.
