Within easy reach of the property there are numerous châteaux, historic bastide towns, vineyards and excellent restaurants, canoeing, leisure lakes, interesting walks and cycle routes. ACCESSIBILITY

Bergerac airport, well served by flights from the UK, is 20 minutes by car from the property. The property is very accessible by car. The journey by car from Paris to Lauzun takes only six hours and if you travel from the UK and use the Channel Tunnel, from Calais the property is nine hours away, mainly on the A10 Autoroute. If the owner of the property lives in the UK and crosses the Channel on the night ferry from Southampton to Saint-Malo, they will disembark at about 8:30 a.m. the following morning , and the journey from Saint-Malo to Lauzun, mainly on the A10, will take about 6.50 hours.
