The local kayak club is on the opposite bank a short distance away - the World Championship for Kayak Polo is held here. The Voie Verte - a series of interconnecting cycle routes across France has a local route to Caen. Within a mile is a swimming pool and tennis courts. The Suisse Normande offers mountain biking, walking, pony trekking, rock climbing and parascending.
