This 'Ancien hotel' is situated in the community of Plouray which is on the Brittany peninsular approximately equidistant from the beautiful, but very different coastal resorts of Douarnanez and Vannes. Douarnanez overlooks a long stretch of sandy beach adjacent to a warm, wide and shallow bay, whereas Vannes is a chic Breton town with a charming small port and many shops, cafes and restaurants. The property is in a rural community area close to the historic Abbey Notre-Dame de Langonnet. It is also close to several delightful tourist attractions such as Pont Aven, Quimper and Lorien. As such it is well placed to attract both holiday makers and people travelling down the west coast of France. It is convenient for the ferry port of Roscoff and, slightly further afield, St Malo and Caen. It is approximately 3km to the nearest village shop.

OWNER'S DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY INTERIOR AND ITS POTENTIALS

The ground floor at the front has two very large rooms covering the front of the house and a normal sized room in a space that juts out into the courtyard at the back like an extension. The first floor at the front has the potential to become 5 en-suite bedrooms. The third floor at the front with the dormer windows can be turned into a two bed flat although it is just convertible roof space at present. The ground floor at the side is just one large room. I class the rest of the side of the ground floor as part of the outbuildings because an entrance alleyway from the outside splits the area,so I class them as part of the outbuilding space so just one large room at the ground floor side.
