Less than an hour away is the important city of Clermont Ferrand with an international airport, a wonderful cathedral and the dramatic backdrop of the volcanic mountains known as the Puys. The area is perfect for walking and skiing and is renowned for its sparkling waters, and clean, invigorating air.
