In addition, and a feature which renders the property so flexible and practical, there is a large L-shaped living/dining room (32 m2) and a 2nd fully fitted kitchen (9 m2) - ideal when receiving guests and the family. There are triple French doors from these areas which lead directly on to another external dining patio which is covered by an awning. There is also a large dry cellar/storage area (21 m2).
